Villa Katmar accommodates 8 people comfortably in four bedrooms, three double and one twin, all bedrooms have doors opening onto furnished balconies or terraces.  There are three bathrooms, one is en-suite and there is an additional washroom.

The main lounge area has ample seating  for all and is equipped with Satellite TV and home theatre system. The kitchen is equipped with every modern convenience and there is a separate utility room.

The 6 x 4 mt.. Swimming pool has steps at one end and is surrounded by  an ample terrace which is  furnished with sun lounges  and parasols. A  barbeque and dining table are adjacent to the pool for your al-fresco dining.

A secluded chill zone surrounded by gardens has comfortable furniture and hammocks, the perfect retreat from the midday sun. A second lounge  is on this level which is equipped with small fridge, kettle and music system.

Katmar's roof terrace offers stunning 360 dg views of Kalkan Bay, the Mediterranean sea and islands and the stunning mountains a wonderful spot for enjoying a sun downer and watching the gulets return to Kalkan harbour.

Service provided. The villa, pool and garden are serviced daily with a mid-week and weekly full clean.
