• All rates are quoted in British pounds
• Minimum booking 7 days
• Reservations by phone or email - (See Contact Us)
• Rates are based on a 8 person occupancy
• 25% of total required to confirm booking (and balance is due 60 days prior to arrival)
• A refundable/damage deposit of £250 is required
• Payments by personal cheque or bank deposit-transfer
• Check in / out by prior arrangement with the owners
• No pets
• There is no specific quiet time, however we must ask all guests to respect the neighbours
• Due to the layout of the villa it is not suitable for young children or people with walking difficulties
