Booking Terms & Conditions

To enquire about a booking please contact us by either:

We will then confirm the details with you.

Flight details and times along with the number of people in the party, are requested to enable us to complete the booking.

We keep changeover day flexible but to ensure the villa is ready for guests we need to know your estimated arrival and departure times.

When the rental dates and price are confirmed and you wish to proceed.  25% of the agreed rental cost is required, payment to be made preferably by direct bank transfer or cheques, to book with credit or debit card we will send you a booking link.
The 25% deposit is required within 7 days to secure your required dates.

 A confirmation invoice, showing when your balance and damage bond is due, will be sent to you once monies for the deposit have cleared our account.

The balance of the total is due 60 days prior to departure, along with the balance £250 refundable damage bond is required. 

This will be used for major damage only and will be returned within 2 weeks of the end of your holiday should our representative report no damage.

We offer special prices for under occupancy at all times, except July and August, for numbers up to 4 people specifying which bedrooms they wish, please contact us for these prices.
All returning guests will be given 10% discount on future bookings.

Should there be any reason for you to cancel, let us hope not, these are our cancellation terms.

More than 8 weeks deposit only.
Less than 8 weeks deposit + 20% of balance
Less than 6 weeks deposit + 40% of balance
Less than 4 weeks deposit + 60% of balance
Less than 2 weeks deposit + 80% of balance
Less than 1 week deposit + 100% of balance

All guests are advised to take out their own travel insurance to cover them should they have to cancel the booking.
Flights, airport transfer and car hire are not included in the prices. Please contact us with any questions regarding these.
